Johanna Hållén has more than 20 years of experience in Swedish and international corporate and individual taxation. Johanna has specialized expertise in owner-managed businesses, procedural tax matters, and court litigation, with a particular focus on privately owned rental properties.
Johanna has extensive experience as a lawyer and partner at a large law firm in the centre of Stockholm and in private practice. She has experience as a tax specialist at the investment bank ABG Sundal Collier in the build-up of the bank’s Private Banking with adjustment of the bank’s internal processes. Johanna is formerly a tax expert at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise with responsibility for legal security issues. She has approximately ten years working as a tax adviser in an accounting firm and prior to that several years of practical experience as an accountant responsible for the financial functions of companies. Johanna is regular speaker and author of consultation responses for The Swedish Bar Association.
