 Kristoffer Clausen is active in general business law, specializing in commercial disputes. He has extensive experience as a representative in general court and in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings.

Kristoffer represents both Swedish and foreign companies. He has successfully handled complex disputes in several different industries, including banking and finance, construction and real estate, IT, transport and energy. In addition, Kristoffer provides ongoing qualified business legal advice to several owner-managed companies and acts as an advisor in connection with company transfers.
