Lawyer, Partner

 Per-Olov Håkanson has extensive experience as a lawyer in disputes before both Swedish courts, including the Supreme Court, and arbitration tribunals. He is regularly engaged by both national and international clients, mainly in insurance law and maritime and transport law. He also has extensive experience in regulatory issues and corporate law matters within the insurance and transport sectors, including the formation of a new insurance company and the acquisition of Swedish insurance companies by foreign players.
